Free Healthcare Project
The free healthcare project, initiated by the Nova Foundation in memory of the late Professor Dr. Shahidullah–Jahanara, aims to support underserved rural communities with essential medical services. Held at Sonakania Madrasa and Orphanage in Gabtali, Bogura, the project operates in collaboration with the Dr. Shahidullah–Jahanara Foundation to ensure meaningful outreach and community impact.
Medical camps form the core of this initiative, offering villagers access to health check-ups, basic treatments, and consultations with qualified healthcare professionals. These well-organized efforts help bridge the gap between formal healthcare facilities and remote areas, ensuring timely and accessible medical attention for those who need it most.
Alongside medical support, awareness workshops promote preventive healthcare by covering topics such as hygiene, nutrition, maternal care, and common disease prevention. By empowering communities with practical knowledge, the project encourages healthier lifestyles and long-term wellness, creating a sustainable and transformative impact.
